Return Policy

As a valued customer, we want you to know that we care and we vow to ensure you have a great retail experience with us. Each product is printed to order, so unless there is a fault with the item we don’t accept returns.

Please check the Size & Fit Guide before purchasing, so that you only need to order once.

If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please contact us straight away and our Customer Services Representatives will try to resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.

Item(s) should be returned within 14 days from receipt. Exchanges/returns will be processed upon receipt of the regarding item(s). All items must be returned unworn and in the original packaging, with the original tags attached. If our customer care team do not feel the above points are met it is in their discretion whether the item is suitable for return. Humantra reserves the right to replace the faulty item with one of the same style, size and color. Where unavailable, refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

If you are in need of an exchange or a return, please email hello@humantra.co stating your name, address, phone number, order number and reason for return.

All returns will be refunded to the account the order was received from. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

Faulty Item

I you have received a faulty item please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Please e-mail hello@humantra.co quoting “Faulty Item” followed by your name, and details of the product received. We will then advise on how to proceed. You have 7 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

Refunds

If you would like to return an item for a refund we will issue your refund within 7 working days of receipt of your return. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive an email confirming this. Please then allow a further 3 working days for the refund to be credited to your card, this is dictated by your bank or card issuer. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Please indicate you wish to return an item by first e-mailing us at hello@humantra.co quoting your reason, followed by your name, and details of the product received.

Store Credit

Live Learn Evolve credit will be given when an exchange is unavailable and is valid for a period of 6 months from the initial date of issue.
